Refund Eligibility Criteria
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:- Timing: Refund requests must be made while your subscription is active or within 5 business days after subscription deactivation. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be eligible.
- Qualifying situations: You may qualify for a refund if you experience a verifiable technical issue on our end that prevents you from using the Verve AI service, or if you subscribed but did not use the service at all during your subscription period.
- Terms violations: No refunds will be granted in cases where a violation of our terms results in account suspension or termination.
- Yearly subscriptions: Yearly subscriptions are a commitment for the full year. Refunds for early cancellation are only available if the situation meets one of the eligibility criteria above.
Steps to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to request a refund:1. Access the Verve AI Help Center
To start the refund process, open the Help Center by clicking on the chat icon located at the bottom-right corner of your screen.2. Start a New Conversation
Once the chat opens, click “Send us a message”.3. Provide Details
In your message, please include:- Your subscription details (plan, purchase date)
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
- Any relevant screenshots or information about technical issues
